1. All existing siding, corner boards and house wrap will be removed and disposed, a dumpster service will be provided by DGS Contractors.
2. We will do an inspection to assure no structural damage.
3. House wrap will be installed (moisture barrier)
4. Hardie Plank corner boards and siding will be installed. We also use trim nails for joints, to give it a better look.
5. Depending on the house, we will also install PVC B moldings and Hardie Plank Fascias. They go under the soffits, right above the siding.
6. We will also install PVC drip edge and Hardie Fascias under the siding.
7. After the replacement take place, we will do the clean up around property and send our paint crew to proper seal all joints (using top gun 300 caulk from PPG Porter), and will apply one coat of Sherwin Williams Super Paint.
